Generally, just pull ... bear in mind though its probably not the glue 
thats causing you problems, its the plastic clips. Either slice into them 
with the knife or try and release them with a small screwdriver. You can 
see where the clips are by yanking hard on the cover and seeing where the 
stress marks appear.
