Oh man... I've got a 45GB IBM DeskStar in a system stored out in CA I only 
used for a short time before my accident.  I don't remember the model.  
Raymond, you're saying your 2 75GXP HDDs were 45GB.  Doesn't the 75 in 75GXP 
refer to the size of the HDD being 75GB?  I don't remember the exact model 
of the DeskStar I bought.  I'll have to do a search of my HDD backups and 
find out.

Heh... Seagate was the first company I bought a HDD from back in '93, and 
was also both down the street from where I lived in CA as well as the first 
HDD to fail for me! :-0  Though like you say Lawrence, it usually has more 
to do with the model than the company.  Seagate has been great otherwise.
