Ya got me ;-) Maybe for paranoid freaks that want to be able to boot to Win98 if Win2K dies (oh wait, I'm normally one of those paranoid freaks, I always partition 2Gig FAT for Win95/98 so I can boot to DOS if necessary). But for these large drives, booting to Win95/98 without an overlay is a REALLY bad idea.
