Because then you've actually got to THINK about it. In contrast if you just have the same sets of email on both places, you set similar/same filters in both places plus you set your mail client to CC everything you send to yourself then you never need to worry about not having a record of something when/where you need it. I actually do that on my PDA (so every email I've recieved or sent in the last week is always at my fingertips in case someone decides to challenge me ...) ... Of course, you leave both your mail clients running and checking your email all the time ... if you just check your mail once every day or 2 then ya you'll be waiting for a while ... ditto if you're on a timed or bandwidth limited dialup (although email traffic is still miniscule compared to average websurfing I'd have thought) but if you've got broadband you've got NO excuse ... - Raymond --- /~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\ | | "Does fuzzy logic tickle?" | | ___ | "My HDD has no reverse.
