They are 3.4v 1,200 mAH each. 3 cells: 10.2v 1,200 mAH for the "regular" battery. 6 cells: 10.2v 2,400mAH for the "extended" battery. http://www.sabaoceanic.com sells 2,800 mAH replacement battery packs.
