Okay... I found it now on both archive suites.  Don't know what my problem 
finding it before was.  That was Ken Akiba who ran that archive and posted 
to the group back in 1999 and 2000.  He set up another Libretti discussion 
group there for a while.  Doesn't seem like he's posted to this list in 
ages.  Wonder if he's still maintaining that 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] archive site.

How can one tell this is the case?  Is the source code from the posts there 
that contain things like <!--X-BotPNI-End--> a giveaway?

Okay... that's probably why you're familiar with the way Apache sets thing 
up.

I may have missed some behind the scenes discussions.  I'll have to start 
playing with my Mandrake setup a bit more, set up a server, and even out the 
Linux scales a bit!
