I know the easy way to get this working is to go ahead and buy new Li-Ion cells. However, it strikes me as odd that I've got two High Capacity 110 batteries, and a Standard, and they're all dead. Am I wrong in assuming that I can get 4 or 6 good, working cells out of the 16 that are floating about these three packs? If it's possible, does anyone have an idea as to how I would test the individual cell? I can get a multimeter pretty easily, but unless I know what to look for, it's somewhat pointless.
