WinNT based implementations can see 64k clusters which lets them use 4 gig FAT16 partitions. It is quite possible that some other implementations of DOS can see 64k clusters (and hence 4 gig FAT16 partitions) though ... tried seeing of DrDos or PC-Dos can see such partitions?
