'Enable'!!  Silly me... I thought that since the menu item was 'Bypass', 
that I should find something referring to that in the Conif files somewhere 
that would turn bypassing Proxomitron off and on...  But all I found was 
'BypassURL = "$LST(Bypass)"' and 'List.Bypass = "..\Lists\Bypass List.txt"' 
that configures the files of URLs to bypass.
