Subject: EZ GIG HDD upgrade - misleadingly simple or not?

Hi all... (Hi Neil especially - glad to see you are still in this NG)...
Am considering the EZ-GIG/IBM 12Gig HDD combo (from Weesco.com) in order
to upgrade my standard 100CT drive (partly because I fear it is getting
to a certain age and don't want to risk failure and partly for the extra
storage)... apparently the EZ-GIG device hooks up via pc card and copies
the existing drive to the new drive then you just swap them round.... is
it really that simple???
