There is a way to suspend a Lib100/110 running Win2000 when closing the lid,
it is an option in the power management control panel. On my Lib with
Win2000 it works perfect!

Note: Win2000 does handle all power management activity internal, not via
BIOS, as Win9x does!

I do not use a BIOS-Password, in my case an automatic transition from
suspend to hibernate works without problems.
