Subject: Repairing Librettos

Hi

As you might remember I bought a Libretto 100CT used dirt cheap and it had
lines on the screen. Recently I found a place in Minneapolis that diagnosed
and replaced my screen. It is Micro Tech Computers, 11975 Portland Ave S,
Suite 136, Burnsville MN 55337 (800) 486-8039. It was great- I needed my
Libby fixed fast and at a low enough cost.

They charged 325 plus an hour labor plus a small amount for shipping for a
refurbished screen. About as inexpensive as I could find. Since they
replaced it I have a warrenty now:)!! It is great, the backlight is nice and
bright, they really cleaned up my Libretto so it looks great and everything
on it seems to be working better than ever. Even the mouse (which was hard
to move) is moving much easier. The guy I spoke with, Mike, said I could
expect them to be able to service my Libby for about 10 years. He really
seemed to know his stuff and the place specializes in laptops. Now my Libby
is ready for work!!! Its a great feeling.

Anyway, if you need service you might consider them- they really treated me
well and I will definately use them again if I need too. Have a good one.

John
