I assume the Targus is set to put out 15v? That is necessary to charge the
Libretto, regardless of the source ( 12v, 110v mains... ) etc.

AFIK there is no actual voltage monitor in the Libretto BIOS and I am sure
there is no current monitor. But then again, Windows is somewhat aware of
the battery status.

Anyone know how smart the battery is, vs. the internal battery monitors in
the computer?
