XP on 110

I forgot to add that you do not need to update the BIOS - it works well with the
original bios.

Best wishes

Dear John

I think I was the first person in the world to install XP professional. Yes you do
need 64Mb of RAM but it runs like a dream - yes a bit slow to load up from start-up
(2.5 minutes) but once running its loads and does everything fairly quickly.
Remember also with its built in drivers in tends to recognise nearly anything going -
you will not need Toshiba Libretto 110 driver at all. The downside is that not all
equipment in compatible such as older network cards (or there are no drivers).
However, mine runs great and does everything I want. I've just added wireless
networking - brilliant.

Best wishes

George
