[LIB] List problems... :-(

Hello all,

It looks like there may have been some looping address on the server. I have killed off that address and I am hoping that puts things back to normal. I will be keeping an eye on the list today to see what happens. I have also turned on the bounce back again and set it to 8 bounces. This should clean out some old addresses.
