I put 2000 mAh cells in the Libretto PA2503U battery pack and when I plugged it into the charger it just flashes a red light. My continuity and the cells are good and everything is wired properly. Does that mean I have a bad board? The pack was used and also flashes the red light with the old 1200mAh panasonic cells.
