Having had both, they are, and are not the same. Same case, same accessories, but Toshiba software locked to one will not install to the other. Recovery cd are not interchangeable, as I recall. I was just contemplating getting a space for my 100CT, and wondered if a 110CT would be a better buy - which it probably would if it were just faster but still software interchangeable.
