Well, the bios itself has an alarm function. So put the music of your choice into a startup folder... :)
Set up Auto Power On in BIOS in Toshiba Utilities > HW Setup, dropped a shortcut to my favorite M3U playlist file into the Windows > Start Menu > Programs > Startup folder, and I've got great music to wake me up!
