  Boot from the optional bootable CD-ROM accessory they sold...  rare, only
seen it in their catalogs, never used it myself.

  Easiest way is to get any Win98 disc.

  Fdisk/partition & format the HD. Install EZDrive 9.06 if necessary to use the
entire HD.  Copy the entire \win98 directory from the CD to the HD, or run dos
cd-rom drivers to get an external CD-ROM going, or DOS Interlink it over.  Run
setup.exe and install win98.  Download all of the Libretto drivers from
www.csd.toshiba.com and install.

  There, done.  Piece of cake.
