Boot from the optional bootable CD-ROM accessory they sold... rare, only seen it in their catalogs, never used it myself. > Can anyone who has the manuals from a machine that came with the W98 > CD mediase tell me what it says about OS re-install? Easiest way is to get any Win98 disc. Fdisk/partition & format the HD. Install EZDrive 9.06 if necessary to use the entire HD. Copy the entire \win98 directory from the CD to the HD, or run dos cd-rom drivers to get an external CD-ROM going, or DOS Interlink it over. Run setup.exe and install win98. Download all of the Libretto drivers from www.csd.toshiba.com and install. There, done. Piece of cake. ===== adorable toshiba libretto The latest news and information for the Toshiba Libretto owner. http://www.silverace.com/libretto/ __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
