You need to download and install all the L100 W95 and W98 drivers from the Toshiba web site, including the video driver (will fix your display problem), W98 floppy driver, and the W95 utilities package. It is important that you install the L100 W95 utilities FIRST, then install the W98 Power Saver driver. Otherwise hibernation (and Standby?) will not work properly. Note that several of the L100 drivers will be accompanied, once unzipped, by a readme file which explains proper installation. Once you get the 16-bit PCMCIA drivers and all the other various drivers installed and working, access the BIOS and set the PCMCIA controller to Cardbus or Autoselect (be SURE you have the W98 .cab files on your hard drive before doing this). Windows will re-detect your PCMCIA slots and look for ToPIC95 and ToPIC97; point the hardware installer to your W98 .cab files directory to complete the installation. The install will run twice, once for each PCMCIA slot. If you have the enhanced port replicator, you may have to set those extra PCMCIA slots up for 32-bit access as well. Hope this helps.
