Terry, this is the mailing list that you've joined... it's a little
confusing at first but stick with it... it can be useful.

To answer your question, you should try finding a local supplier who can
sell an Adaptec Slim-SCSI adapter, otherwise known as an Adaptec APA 1460. I
got one with my Libretto 50 many moons ago, it was bundled with a Sony
CD-Rom drive. Make sure you are buying a 1460 though and not the 1480, the
1480 is cardbus and won't be compatible with your Lib70.

Try this:
http://www.adaptec.com/worldwide/product/proddetail.html?sess=no&language=En
glish+US&prodkey=APA-1460D&cat=%2fTechnology%2fSCSI%2fSCSI+for+Laptops

Hello David,

I have joined the mailing list in hopes of getting some info about scsi
cards in order to use an old cd-rom I have with my Libretto 70ct. I am a
novice and can't find the bulletin board where I can post messages. I would
appreciate any advise on how to get there.

Regards
Terry
