Yup, I have a 20GB Toshiba MK2018GAS in my 110CT - works just fine and
there was nothing I had to do to use it, other than putting it into
the Lib. I even figured out a way to join the two partitions adjoining
the hibernation partition (using RAID features), so that they look
like one big partition, even though there's 80MB separating them,
giving me 14GB for ogg-vorbis. This is under Mandrake Linux 9.1.
