sounds like a card that isn't working right/designed well and is leeching
current off the Libretto's PCMCIA slot even with the external power supply
plugged in.  Maybe try another one?  Unless the Libretto's internal PCMCIA
slots are damaged in some way, can't imagine why the card shouldn't work inside
the Libretto vs. the EPR.
