Subject: RE: [LIB] Help on Windows configuration files - Lib 110

Thanks a lot, Matt and David.

- Most of the startup apps were removed and I have now 83% of "system
resources" (war around 50%). Great. The improvement is noticeable.
- No virus nor hacks, I guess. AVG is always updated and Zone Alarm is
active during internet connections.
- How do I turn on the DMA mode for the new HD?
- No idea if something was damaged when the HD was replaced. I believe it
was not, since no big difference in the Lib behavior was noticed after the
HD replacement (except the one in question). But ...... I have a problem
when it is switched on docked (enhanced replicator). Sometimes a "KBC error"
message is displaied right after the ON switch is pressed and it hangs. I
have no idea what this error means. But if I switch off/on 2 or 3 times is
starts fine. Or if I undock/dock 2 or 3 times. And it always starts fine
when undocked. Can this be an indication that something was damaged? Or a
bad contact between the Lib and the replicator?

Thanks again

Lazar
