  Basically, increases contrast noticably, creates darker blacks, improves
legibility, makes it daylight readable (just enough to read it, not enough to
make it truely standout), etc. in my experience on my L110.

  No problems. Very nice.  Highly recommended if you have the patience, know
how, and can take the risk of breaking the LCD panel applying it.

  None of these places carry this film.  Only an original equipment
manufacturer part from Polarvision.  I've said before that it's a $300 or so
part for a sheet big enough to cut out dozen or so screen films for everyone to
buy, and it's generally only affordable if enough people want a sheet for
themselves for one person to buy up a big sheet, rough cut, and ship to
everyone else.  

  That said, anyone interested in this upgrade?  I can always look into
acquiring a big sheet (assuming they still sell low quantities - they usually
target LCD makers making thousands of panels at a time).
