Weird, is this booting to Windows and then "restart in ms-dos mode" or a clean boot of an MS-DOS disk? Not that it should matter really.
I was assuming that Sylvain had only gotten to the point of installing the HDD, and FDISKing it for the maximum space it could see at that point. I don't think he had gotten to installing Windows yet. I think he tried running PM in DOS from a boot floppy, there's no way PM will see the entire HDD space at that point. From what I've seen, you need to do one of two things at that point to get PM seeing the entire HDD space:
1. Install drive overlay, and run PM from a boot floppy.
2. Install a Windows OS (or other OS with the capability of guessing the Int13 Extensions limitation of the Libretto BOIS), boot to Windows, and install PM. PM will then see the entire HDD space from within Windows, but not by restarting PM by dropping to DOS mode, booting to DOS when Windows is installed, or by using a PM boot floppy to boot to DOS and running PM from there.
At least that's been my experience. But that said... It seems I had problems with PM seeing all the partitions on my 20GB HDD correctly even from within Windows where EZ-Drive wasn't loaded. I had a bunch of logical partitions/drive installed on that one, and all primary partitions on the 40GB HDD I'm referencing at the moment. Also, that it turned out recently that the 20GB HDD has become >terribly< corrupted over time, and is about to completely fail at any point now.
