Define 'network' ... you can get a USB2.0 card then use a USB2.0 link cable between 2 computers, you could also get a USB2.0 to ethernet adapter then run a "proper" network ... but once you start doing adapters, you have all sorts of other weird and wonderful options ... USB2.0 to Parallel to Laplink "network" anyone? :-D
