just finished complete installation of the mixer and indigo drivers ALSA beta drivers. The mixer runs pretty well on my system although it is a gtk application so (as near as I can tell) requires X. At least I haven't gotten it to work on the console. I do have a wierd issue where it'll shut down when I start it initally. seems to be some sort of conflict with the alsamixer asound.state file. The card sounds great though!! movies run 10 times better and sound ten times better. I enabled multiprocessors in the kernel in the hopes it can use the feature to handle the dsp on the card a little better.
