they are afraid of lawsuits. judges won't throw out
stupid cases and a lot of times they win so..that mean
card manufactures have to protect themselves but not
including certain software. its interesting most of
these cases are settled out of court anyway so
basically what it shows is that some judges are pretty
f**king lazy.
