Back in the 80's I was working on this. Got distracted by other things. was wondering if there is such a tool like this for mysql. should be by now. One that runs as a daemon, auto sorts and indexes and can be called up with a hot key. you know--pretty much keeps ps track of data so you don't have to?
and a person justs hits a couple keys and types it in to find the data? john
