Hi Jim, I did a clean Win2k install a few weeks back with the Lib in the EPR all the time and USB came up with no problems, no need to install drivers. I'm using v8.00 bios, not sure if that is relevant to USB. My device manger shows: Universal Serial Bus Controllers - NEC PCI to Open Host Controller - USB Root Hub If those are there the maybe its worth testing with another USB device if you have one?
