The problem is that this is EDO RAM which is not used for anything any more so it is no longer made in volume (especially on a module that only fits one or two models of notebook). Even SDRAM prices are rising compared to the newer DDR and DDR2 SDRAM for the same reason. "but the only memory I can find is new for ~$80.
