We are closing in on the end of 2008 and the Holiday Season. We will have
limited staff in Small Group next week and the week following, particularly on
December 24th, closely followed by December 26th and January 2nd. While we
anticipate it being very quiet on December 26th in particular, I ask for your
understanding and request that you give an ample amount of time to get
questions answered or requotes sent out. By Monday the 29th we will have a
much larger complement of the team available.
Please also make sure any cases that need to be submitted are done so as soon
as possible so the Small Group team can manage their work flow relative to
vacation times.
