* Removed the ProtocolManager from SecondLife and the requirement to initialize
a libsl client with keywords/message_template pair
* Updated the examples to the new easier initialization
* Removed the U64 type, using ulong instead now
* More XML documentation, minor repairs to inline docs
* Removed the DataConvert class
* Deleted the Packet.cs file
