I've been reluctant to add this, since connecting to multiple simulators will undoubtedly introduce a swath of new bugs when we haven't even got the first connection running very smoothly yet. ConfirmEnableSimulator sending is a good idea though, and it never hurts to try making multiple connections and see what happens. The library has been designed for it, it just hasn't been done or tested yet.
