I turned on the patch submissions and bug reporting on our gna.org
project page, the link to submit a patch is here:

Cross-posting patches to the mailing list is fine (and even encouraged)
but please submit all patches using this system so we can keep track of
what has been applied and what hasn't, and assign patches depending on
what part of the code it affects. Bug reports you can either post to the
list or file in the bug reporting system, either way is fine. I've
submitted the two most recent patches already that are still in the
process of being committed. Please patch against a current svn checkout,
and create unified diffs (diff -u). For Windows you can get diff.exe
from http://unxutils.sourceforge.net/ or use your subversion software to
produce a diff against the trunk.
