I've just released and put SLChat (working name, if you think of a good
one let me know) up on the svn. What does it do? Well you can log in and
chat wherever you land with those around you, whoever chats will come up
in the name list on the side, you can right click a name and print out
the key (UUID) and remove the name. And thats about it so far. It is
written in C# using .Net 2.0 (I use SharpDevelop). This is also my first
project in C#, so I'm sure theres a lot of things I've done that are
probably not the best way to do them :P . Theres a lot more ideas I
intend to add to it and soon with the help of Baba there will be a
design document up for the ideas we have for where to go with it. You're
of course free to take it, fiddle, release it under your own thing,
torture it, etc. just have fun with it! :) If you do anything really
cool though let me know, or if you have any ideas, suggestions,
complaints, etc. feel free to send those to me as well.
