[libsecondlife-dev] Updated ProtocolManager in svn

Just committed a new ProtocolManager that parses the new format of the 
message template, along with the latest keywords.txt and protocol.txt 
for 1.11.1.1. I'd say it's about time for a 0.0.5 release :-).

By the way, the new message template is full of LL comments, check it out!
