Hi, I'm thinking about something and i'd like all of your input.
The idea is a "reponsible programming group" that would evolve in to a community organization to encourage respnsible and ethical programming practices. Right now, I only have some beginning ideas, but I'm forming an outline of how things would work. The core ideas involve peer review of code and group endorsement of developers, based on responsible and ethical practices.
