[libsl-dev] Vote on removing the access check from ParcelObjectOwnersRequest

For everyone interested in libsecondlife and Second Life bots I 
encourage you to vote on: 
http://secondlife.com/vote/vote.php?get_id=3177 which is a request to 
make the ParcelObjectOwnersRequest packet work for everyone, not just 
parcel owners. There are a number of impediments to giving bots accurate 
vision which boil down to the grid being designed around the current 
viewer and the use case of the current viewer. This is one easy way to 
resolve that without requiring any viewer or protocol changes, and does 
not have any privacy implications or negative consequences. More details
