I just finished my final undergrad research paper titled "Virtual
Appraisals: A Hedonic Pricing Model of Property in Second Life". A
libsecondlife bot was used to collect land sales data, there might be
some useful routines for searching for land sales or other things in
there. The PDF and all relevant excel sheets, mysql schemas, and source
