#239: Sending file via scp_write on host with not enough space left does not
return any error

-----------------------+--------------------
My destination directory is a USB key almost full :
 ''vmware@linux-dev:/media/disk> df -h /media/disk
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
 /dev/sdb1 7.6G 7.6G 336K 100% /media/disk''

I try to send with scp_write example a 1MB file in this directory :
 ''vmware@linux-dev:/media/disk>
 /home/vmware/Tools/libssh2/libssh2-1.4.1/example/scp_write 127.0.0.1
 vmware vmware /media/disk/1M.bin.1 /media/disk/1M.bin.2''

 Execution result is correct :
 ''Fingerprint: ...
SCP session waiting to send file
 Sending EOF
 Waiting for EOF
 Waiting for channel to close
 all done''

 But inside the key :
 ''vmware@linux-dev:/media/disk> la /media/disk/
 total 7865688
 ...
 -rwxr-xr-x 1 vmware root 1048576 2012-05-30 09:58 1M.bin.1
 -rwxr-xr-x 1 vmware root 344064 2012-05-30 11:13 1M.bin.2
 ...''

Result is the same with scp_write_nonblock exemple.
If I use /bin/scp, it actually returns an error.
