I implemented gssapi-with-mic for lsh long time ago, see: http://josefsson.org/gss/gss-lsh.html This was before they started to change the protocol, and today it is probably not compatible with that version. I don't have spare time available to work on this myself, but if anyone wants to start working on this and wants some advice, I might find some time to think about things.
