This user is having some problems with libssh2_poll() in 0.15
( https://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=4380234 ). I
haven't used poll() so don't really know how it is supposed to
function. His fix is working for him, but I am not sure if it is the
right fix. Anybody familiar with poll() ?
