I just wanted to mention that thanks to my sponsors who pay for my recent "burst" of libssh2 work, we seem to be able to do SFTP uploads quite reliably - even when using the libcurl multi interface doing many simultaneous ones to the same target server. I found and fixed two pretty serious libssh2 bugs that prevented this.
