Hello,

Before I ask my question, I'd like to thank the developers of libssh2
for your hard work!

I use libssh2 in an iPhone app (Briefcase). I recently switched to
libssh2 from libssh because libssh2 seems to handle unreliable
networks better. However, I seem to have hit a problem. When you use
Briefcase with libssh2 to connect to a Windows machine running a
Cygwin-based SSH solution (e.g. CopSSH, MobaSSH, etc), the SFTP
performance is terrible (0.08 Mbps). Performance connecting to Macs
seems fine though. As well, performance with Windows using the old
libssh was fine. There seems to be some particular incompatibility
between Cygwin SSH and libssh2...

I'm in the process of setting up a Windows VM so that I can test this.
I thought I'd ask up front if anyone knows of this problem, or has an
idea of what might be causing it? If not, no worries, I'll dig in an
see what I can discover...
