In the same spirit, I've just run over a lot of functions in libssh2 and 
renamed them to use the _libssh2_ prefix properly for library-wide internal 
functions, as only the ones using libssh2_ are meant to be externally present.

Oh, and yesterday I added the 13 missing man pages to the docs/ directory, 
although in a very silly way and they really don't contain any docs but now I 
believe we have all functions in the API as man pages.

I'm a bit undecided on how we should proceed on the documentation front, as I 
only focus on updating the man pages when I do things or find inaccuracies 
etc, and the wiki on libssh2.org is falling behind. I'm beginning to think 
that we should perhaps remove the docs from there...
