Uhm,
1. Install zlib (I have it in C:\Program Files\zlib)
2. Install OpenSSL (I have it in C:\Program Files\OpenSSL)
3. Checkout the git or download a tarball
4. Run cmake-gui.exe in a build directory
5. Point it to the source directory
6. Click on configure and generate.
7. Double click on the Visual Studio Project file.
