Thanks for your response Stef. I really appreciate you trying to help. However, this response is off-topic. I already know about setting up openssh and subsystems. There are issues configuring/dealing with this that are not relevant to the discussion here. This is a libssh discussion board and I would really appreciate getting to the discussion/topic at hand (i.e. writing a simple SFTP server using libssh).
