Hello again It seems that I have to set log callback and verbositiy level once in each thread, to make it work as expected. And even in signal handlers, if you need logging from there: ssh_set_log_callback(logging_cb); ssh_set_log_level(verbosity); But it's still a bit confusing, because a slighty different logging callback function can also be set with ssh_options_set(session, SSH_OPTIONS_LOG_CALLBACK, cb_logfunc); I'm not sure why there are two ways to do the same. But probably it's not exactly the same, so what's the difference? Regards, Till
